Interesting Sights

Brother Eckhard from Germany came to visit and so the Ashby couple and us took him to see some of the sights.





The little town had a wall around it made out of lava rock. It was very unique, but it doesn't show up very well in this picture.

We seen miles and miles of this lava rock covered in this green moss. The moss on the rocks is just turning green because it is getting spring. It is beautiful !

This is how they dry their fish. Yes, that is all fish hanging up. They build these racks and then they hang their fish up to dry and then they eat it. They think it is delicious.....but Elder Koyle has a different opinion.
